2. Products and Services
- Handmade Nature: All our products are handcrafted with care in our workshop in Nabadwip, West Bengal. Due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design from the product images on our website.
- Gemstones: We use both natural and lab-created gemstones. Natural stones inherently have variations, inclusions, and unique characteristics that are not considered defects.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations
- Order Confirmation: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Payment: We accept payments as detailed on our FAQ page and during the checkout process, including options for Indian and international customers. Payment must be made in full before we begin crafting your order.
- Cancellations: As our products are made-to-order, orders can only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we begin production, and cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Production Time: Please note that there is a crafting period of approximately 2-4 weeks before your order is ready for dispatch.
- Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier service and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this Website pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
- No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the bespoke, handmade, and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Damages and Defects: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a significant craftsmanship defect, you must contact us at support@jishanjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photographic evidence.
