International Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
This is a crucial section for all our international customers. Please read it carefully.
- Customer Responsibility: The recipient of the shipment is the “importer of record” in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- No Control: Jishan Jewels has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
- Declaration: We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages dispatched internationally.
- Recommendation: We highly recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations before you place an order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
- Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment from Jishan Jewels due to non-payment of customs fees, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your product refund (if applicable per our policy).
- Special Note: Customer have to pay tariff, Import and Custom Duties applicable in their country and they must get their parcel released, we will never be able to get the item back (Mostly for US Customers) We will try to ship the parcel in such a way that you do not have to pay any charges but we do not guarantee this Thanks!
