Returns Policy
Due to the custom, handmade, and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Every item is crafted from scratch for the individual who ordered it. We kindly ask that you review your order details, including ring size, gemstone choice, and design, carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Exceptions to the No-Return Policy
We stand by the quality and integrity of our craftsmanship. We will, of course, address any issues that are our responsibility. An exception can be made under the following circumstances:
Item Damaged in Transit: Your piece arrived with clear damage from shipping.
Significant Craftsmanship Defect: The item has a flaw in its construction.
Incorrect Item Received: You received a different item from what you ordered.
How to Report an Issue
If your order falls into one of the exception categories above, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide Proof: Send an email to support@jishanjewels.com including your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Wait for Assessment: Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days to provide a resolution. If the claim is approved, we will guide you on the next steps, which may include returning the item for a repair or replacement.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is specific to certain situations, as outlined below.
We Issue Refunds For:
Order Cancellations: Orders that are cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
Approved Claims: In the rare case of a damaged or defective item where a repair or replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Jishan Jewels.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary between different payment providers.
Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Orders that have passed the 24-hour cancellation window.
Items where the customer has changed their mind.
Issues reported after the 48-hour notification period for damages/defects.
Damage resulting from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
