How long will it take to receive my order? Because every piece is carefully handmade, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and prepare your order. Once shipped, delivery times within India are typically 5-7 business days and Internationally 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
How can I track my order? As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to you.
Do you offer local pickup? Yes, we do! If you live near Nabadwip or Santipur, you can select our complimentary ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout to save on shipping. Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to collect your order. You can find all the details on our Store Pickup Page.

What materials do you use? We pride ourselves on using high-quality, carefully sourced materials. Our jewelry features natural or Lab created gemstones set in materials like silver and gold-plated brass. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, which adds to the unique charm of your jewelry.
How should I care for my gemstone jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising.
- Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store your piece in a sealed bag or box in a dry, dark place to prevent tarnishing.
Can I request a custom order? We love bringing your unique ideas to life! Please email us at contact@jishanjewels.com with your ideas, and we can discuss the possibility of creating a custom piece just for you.

1. General Policy: No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Each piece is created specifically for the customer who orders it. We encourage you to review your order details carefully and ask any questions you may have before finalizing your purchase.
2. Exceptions: Damaged Items, Craftsmanship Defects, or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand by the quality of our work. In the rare event that your item arrives with a significant issue, we are here to help. This policy applies to the following situations:
You received an incorrect item that does not match your order confirmation.
The item has been damaged during transit.
The item has a significant craftsmanship defect.
